can i just switch my t-mobile sim card?
i have got a t-mobile phone and it doesnt end untill december and i found this other t-mobile phone i REALLY like its the sidekick. and i asked my parents and my dad said its a good price for all the features it has and he wondered if you could just buy the phone and put ur sim card in it from my old phone. b/c he doesnt wanna buy a whole other plan!

If you can just buy the phone without registering it in your name or having to take out a contract.
Yes you can buy it, put your sim card in it and it will work on your existing number.
I am on orange and i just bought a new phone that is pay as you go. It has a sim card with it but i did not register it and put my old sim card in it and it works a treat.
The contract you have is for the line [or number] you can put as many new phones on as you like as long as you keep paying for that contract period.
